They spend a lot of time speaking to Caiden in Farsi and by the end of the week he would speak a few words like "bird" and "eat". We are also teaching Caiden to call Fery, "Mamani", which is as close as you're going to get to Grandma in Farsi and for Osi it is "Babai". He has totally got it down and I feel like it helps him not get confused calling both sets of grandparents "Grandpa" and "Grandma". And I think each set of grandparents like that they have their own names and aren't called the same thing ;)
This is at the playground. He just lays on the ground and stares up and points at the moon. He does this everywhere, not just this one time and strangers always get a kick out of it.
Sometimes he loves to hold your hand. He'll stand there and say, "hand, hand, hand" until you give it to him. This was one of those times. Sometimes he'll just walk me around the entire house with a big grin on his face.
At the beach he was obsessed with collecting as many rocks as he could and carrying them around.
