Stomach Sleeper?

Last night around 10pm we heard Caiden crying on the monitor and low and behold he had rolled on to his stomach. We decided to leave him there and he could figure out what he wanted to do on his own. He could always flip on to his back if he wanted to or try sleeping on his stomach. Well, that's just what he did, after a minute or so he ended up falling asleep on his stomach. He stayed that way until he woke up again at 3:15 really crying and I went in and nursed him. Then he slept on his back until he woke up at 7:30.

And yes, his head does look a bit flat in this last picture but it really isn't that bad in person. The way his hair is here makes it look worse. At his Dr. appointment last Friday the pediatrician said it's not bad enough that he thinks we need to go see a specialist but that it is totally up to us. He said over time it will continue to round out and the more time he spends off his back will help too (I guess stomach sleeping would be good). We decided we are not going to pursue it at this point and let his head shape into its own.
